Walk-in interview for the position of a “Laboratory Assistant” at IASST, Garchuk

Interested candidates with original mark-sheets and certificates may appear for walk-in interview for the position of a “Laboratory Assistant” for the DBT sponsored project entitled “Microbial roles in yield management of scented rice of North East India” at Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST) Garchuk, Guwahati (Assam).

Pay: Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) fixed for a period of one year.

No additional allowances such as HRA etc. will be provided.

Educational Qualification and Experience: B.Sc in Life Sciences. The project is operational since March, 2017. The RA position is filled up. Now a laboratory Assistant is to be engaged for assisting in different lab activities such as preparation of media, glass/plastic wares and samples for biochemical and molecular analysis.

Age: Age limit is 32 years. It is relaxable for SC/ ST/ Woman candidate as per Govt. rule. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
