ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATION: Recognized Diploma of minimum of 3 (three) years duration from any Polytechnic Institute of Assam under State Council of Technical Education (SCTE). A minimum of overall 60% marks (40% for SC/ST) must be scored in the Polytechnic course.Minimum 5 (five) years experience in execution & supervision of construction (if building works and fully conversant with measurement of building works. High proficiency in written & Spoken English and Assamese. Basic working knowledge of Computer is preferable. Candidates must not be more than 38 years of age as on 31- 08-2017. Age relaxation for SC/ ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. rules shall be applicable
